MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo is only available to MTN Pay as you Go Customers
	The MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo Tariff plan shall be subject to prevailing Access4Life rules
	Customers on MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo tariff plan shall also receive 7 FREE Daily CallBacks
	Migrations to MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo shall be available via the 141 IVR, the Prepaid USSD Migration Menu *141*4# and direct migration via *141*4*5#
	Migrations to MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo will take effect immediately upon migration.
	A MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo customer is allowed one free migration for every 30 day period. Thereafter each migration within that 30-day period will be subject to a migration fee of R25, which will be debited from your Pay As You Go airtime account
	Only customers that are subscribed to the MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo Tariff plan shall benefit from all additional value associated with the MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo package
	Full Voicemail shall be the default voicemail service for Customers subscribed to the MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo Tariff Plan
	The MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo Tariff plan shall be subject to prevailing Access4Life rules
	Customers on MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo tariff plan shall also receive 7 FREE Daily CallBacks
	The daily free SMS service shall apply to customers subscribed to the MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo tariff plan after a 1 minute call per day
	MSISDNs subscribed to the Community Payphones and USALs tariff plan shall not be allowed to migrate to the MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo tariff plan
	The MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo price plan will be subjected to per second billing
	The MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo rates do not apply to premium rated calls or SMS Services or to international calls
	SMS Delivery Receipts are free of charge for the MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo price plan
	You will not lose any unused airtime if you migrate to MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo from another MTN Pay as you Go price plan
	If you were originally on the MTN Call per Second price plan, then migration back to Call per Second will be free at any time.
	If you are subscribed to MTN OneRate PayAsYouGo, you shall be allowed to migrate to any actively marketed postpaid price plan subject to prevailing Number4Life rules

GENERAL

1. MTN will use its best efforts to secure the uninterrupted supply of this Service, and we will take all reasonable steps at our expense to correct any error, omission or mistake in the Service, but will under no circumstance be liable to you for any error, delay, failure or non-availability of the Service, and you indemnify us against any damage or loss you may sustain as a result of the aforesaid.
2. MTN reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services with or without notice. You agree that MTN shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
3. MTN reserves the right to from time to time, vary the charges of these services as may be deemed necessary.
4. MTN has the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time with the method of notice determined by MTN from time to time.
