MTN Business has various products and services on offer aimed at making managing your MTN accounts easy and convenient. These services allow you to do the following:

  • Move all your cell phone lines over to MTN Business while keeping your current numbers
  • Find solutions for your business challenges by phoning your dedicated account manager
  • Resolve all your billing and service queries

MTN Business is able to achieve this through the following products:

MTN Active

Manage your business’ cell phone billing and administration requirements online and in real-time via secure, user-friendly applications. View statements, track usage trends, monitor voice and data usage, and manage your company’s connectivity all from one, convenient location.

Split billing

Enjoy clear-cut and controllable administration of your company’s mobile accounts by splitting your bill according to the usage allowances given to various managers or staff members.

Mobile number portability

Moving or ‘porting’ your company’s cell phone accounts from any other service provider to MTN Business will prove to be beneficial to your company.

Your will enjoy the benefits of easy accounting and management of your business cellular telecommunications as you can hold all your cell phone numbers under one account and, if you move, you will no longer have to suffer the following:

  • Face the threat of losing business due to missed calls
  • Incur the expense of reprinting stationary and signage
  • Notify all your contacts of a change in contact number

Account management

Your account manager will be tasked with meeting all of your connectivity requirements and will visit your office often to ensure that you are abreast of all technological developments and informed of trends, technologies, products and services that could be of value to your business.

At your request, your account manager will also perform quarterly account reviews to evaluate your company’s average expenditure and suggest ways in which you may save on costs or apply your telecommunications budgets more effectively.

Call centre

The MTN Business call centres are committed to addressing your business queries with uncompromised levels of care and efficiency. They’re open weekdays from 07h30 to 23h00 and on weekends and public holidays between 08h00 and 17h00, all year round. The MTN Call Centre can be contacted on 808 from an MTN phone.

Technical support centre

All technical support for phones or other devices and technical repairs are managed by our MTN Business Technical team and the High Volume Repair Centre.

Handsets within the 24-month handset warranty are repaired at no cost to the MTN subscriber. Repair requests or technical queries can be made via email at technicalrepairs@mtn.co.za or on 083 9000 349.
