Interconnection enables connection of MTN with other networks, offering MTN users the capability to interconnect and communicate with other users across different networks in South Africa and across the world. A key benefit of interconnection is seamless communication for users across networks.
Interconnect is available to local telecommunication providers. Any local telecommunication service provider accredited by the Independent Communication Authority of South Africa (ICASA) can apply to interconnect with MTN.
