operating costs and boosts productivity by introducing calling plan flexibility and cheaper call rates.

How Microsoft Teams Direct Routing works.

Individual users or user groups are assigned a fixed voice number which enables them to make and receive voice calls from any location directly to their Microsoft Teams-enabled device.

Choose a monthly plan.

Get a 12-, 24- or 36-month contract.

*Prices exclude voice usage charges.
The Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) will be invoiced one month in advance and is payable a month in arrears.
