Terms and Conditions for February 2019 Yellotrader
The MTN Business Yellodeals promotion (“ the Promotion”) is valid from 12.00am (GMT+2) on 1 February 2019 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11.59pm (GMT+2) on 28th February 2019 (the “End Date”).
The Promotion contract plans on offer is subject to successful credit vetting against MTN credit vetting score card.
These Terms and Conditions, applicable to the Promotion must be read together with the MTN standard terms and conditions and priceplan specific terms and conditions which can be found on https://www.mtn.co.za/Pages/Termsandconditions.aspx
1. All devices are while stocks last. Please note that stock is not reserved upon application for a contract. Device allocation is done once the application is approved.

8. The Promotion is already discounted therefore no further discounts will be applicable to the price and no other discount can be applied retrospectively.
9. MTN reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and will provide reasonable notice of such termination as the circumstances require.
10. Corporate discounts are not applicable to any of the Black Friday promotions.
11. The promotion is open to new and existing Business customers and Corporate Consumer. Corporate consumers can only be services through nominated stores and the corporate consumer call centre.
12. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and any such amendment will be posted on MTN Business website within a reasonable period of such amendment taking effect.
13. The following customers will not be eligible for this promotion: machine-to-machine customers and community service customers and consumers
14. The promotional data bundle does not have an associated out-of-bundle rate. Should the customer deplete their data bundle before it expires, further data usage will be charged in accordance to the MTN Made for Business plan
15. The promotional data bundle cannot be used for international roaming or international calling.
16. The promotional data bundle cannot be transferred or shared.
17. There will be no carry-over of unused promotional data on the data bundle
18. Customers will be able to view their data balances on the My MTNApp.
19. Customers can take any other MTN offering in parallel (unless specifically excluded).
20. The offer will revert to the base price plan once the initial contract period is completed. The value will not continue after the 12 or 24 month term and the customer cannot renew the contract except to a new offer.
21. When migrating to another tariff plan/ payment type, customers will lose their promotional data bundle and will lose any discounts as part of the promo.
22. Customer indemnifies MTN and its directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with their participation in any way whatsoever in the Promotion.
